The Front Cover of the finished book.

Poems What Granny Wrote

As Part of one of our modules we were approached by a lady who writes poetry to illustrate 20 of her poems which would be produced into a book as a present for her grandchildren. I produced ideas for a number of the poems but it was my idea for "The Tramp" succeeded in being chosen for the book.
The idea for the ilustration I produced came from a drawing I had produced before while on a tran journey. The figure of the man seemed to fit the poem perfectly, all that was left to do was to add a bt of background. The illtration was produced in biro and watered down ink, which I feel gives the right atmosphere for the poem.

Finished ink Floyd Commission

This is the final drawing produced as a commission. It was produced entirely in biro and is A3 size.
The client was very pleased with the final outcome and hopefully he will send more work my way.

Pink Floyd Commission

In August 2010 I shared a stall at The Worcester Riverside Artists Market and was lucky enough to have quite a bit of interest shown in my work.
I was approached by a man who was extrememly interested in my Pink Floyd portrait and in December I was contacted by him and asked to produce a Pink Floyd portrait for him as a present for his brothers birthday.
